A monthly recurring fee of $8.99 will be billed on behalf of Phoneticom, LLC as "Emergency Message System™" or "Phoneticom, LLC dba EMS" on the BilltoMobile phone page of your wireless phone bill until cancelled. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 18 years or older of age and the owner of the phone or have permission of the owner to incur these charges.
By submitting this form, you authorize Phoneticom, LLC to charge the appropriate fees (including taxes or premium surcharges) to your mobile telephone invoice, a monthly fee subscription of $8.99, or if you have a pre-paid program, this amount will be deducted from your account. You authorize Phoneticom, LLC to continue billing you each month until you cancel such subscription. In addition, you authorize Phoneticom and its marketing partners to contact you via email in the future with targeted marketing offers in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Monthly subscribers are billed on a 30-day cycle, which begins on the first day you sign up for the subscription and ends 30 days thereafter (each, a "Subscription Month"). By signing up for our services and submitting your mobile phone number, you also agree to receive a confirmation text code and telephone calls from our company in connection with your registration for our services and continued subscription. Your account will be activated shortly after the registration process. You will receive your login information and service instructions through the activation email to your email address you provided to us during registration.
